Emily is awesome She not only knows the sales side of the vehicle. She was also very helpful on the features of the vehicle. My only complaint is the person who was showing us the features of the vehicle needs more training regarding his audience. Older people r nit as electronic savvy as the younger population

After my vehicle was serviced, I attempted to view my vehicle inspection but it wasn't available at the link. I texted back explaining the situation and got no response. A few hours later I called and the person on the phone assured me the rep would call by end of day. I never heard anything.

Generally pleased with service through the years but after tire rotation today my tire pressure light came on about ten minutes after I left. I will need to return the car so you guys can check and correct the sensors. An inconvenience I’d rather not deal with.

They did great work, no doubt. The only reason I said “no” is because I knew it was the only way to get this seen. Immediately after I got home from the dealership, I got a text from Edmunds mentioning I’d just had it serviced and my car is in “high demand” and they want to buy it off me. Is paying hundreds of dollars for service not enough? You have to sign me up to get spammed now? This never happened before. Is making 100s of millions every year selling cars and providing services not enough for Toyota now? I don’t know if I’ll keep using the dealership now. There are plenty of great, local shops here in town I could go to instead: I don’t need to drive 30 minutes to Toyota so I can get data scraped and spammed in thanks. Local shops which have never signed me up to be spammed. They do this crazy thing instead where they charge me for a service and deliver the service and that’s the end. Weird, I know. You should try it.
