Evan went over and above. He was very patient in the midst of a trying situation with your financing company for car repairs. He hung in with me until it was resolved. He showed compassion and understanding even though he wanted things resolved as much as I did. I appreciate his ability to adapt and work around my dilemma. He made me feel like it was not a problem or imposition. I’m really glad Evan was my service representative. I can’t imagine anyone else going that extra mile.

You changed the oil in the wrong part and took an hour and half to do it. You were supposed to change the oil in the transfer case and you changed the fluid in the rear differential that had already been changed a week prior. To do so you took and hour and half to drain and refill less than 2 gallons of fluid. Valvoline did this in less than 20 minutes for half the price of what your service department was going to charge. As well as attempt to up sell me to change 2 air filters that had already been changed within the same month. I love my vehicle and the buying process last December was very easy. But your service department leaves a lot to be desired.

Thanks for the nice loaner while our vehicle's electrical harness was installed and wiring repaired. It was comfortable and roomy and met our needs well. Kyle met our needs with exceptional customer service despite the busy work environment. His hard work and competency made for an excellent experience. Thanks again!

Kyle did a great job and answered all our questions! The only suggestion I have is for the waiting room: could you put a door or baby gate on the kids play room? We have a toddler and it would have been so much more manageable if there was a way to keep him inside that room. We so appreciate that you have a space for children! This addition would just make it perfect!
