A few years ago when I moved to Kansas I tried several Toyota Dealers in the area and I liked Legends the best so I have used them ever since. I think it's very well run, and nicely designed, and well kept, and all the service and sales people I have encountered are very nice. So far Kyle is my favorite for service. He is sharp and friendly. Rachel Pell recently sold me the car I presently have and she was very nice and found me a car that I really like A LOT. Keep up the good work.

Not a reflection on Andrew, however the issue with the brake problem on my Avalon was not resolved. It is not logical to have a failure of the rotors and pads on my Avalon which only has 32,000 miles. I've owned other Avalons and Lexus cars and never experienced this problem before. Especially considering the fact that my TRD has superior rotors and pads. Why a premature failure? I will contact for future information.

Sold me the wrong size tires, found that out after 1.5hr wait. Then did not have the tires in stock in my size, had to order different tires that they had to pick up. Another 2.5 hrs later I had tires!

Isaiah needs to learn to look customers in the eye. Once I was checked in, I asked his name and offered a handshake. That was the first moment he actually looked at me. It was a bit disconcerting. After that it was fine.
