I was brought in at the time of the appointment. I was only in an hour and 10 minutes. Everything was serviced. I was satisfied back on the road. Job well done thank you

I dropped off my vehicle Friday night for a 10am Saturday appointment. Although I received text messages in the morning about my vehicle being received and a technician being available to text and being assured I'd be notified when it was done, I wasn't. I waited all day and nobody told me it was ready. I texted at 2:30 and nobody answered. I called at 3 and was told there was nobody available to tell me about my car. Nobody!?? I asked for a manager and was told there was not one. So I left to get my car, ready or not, because I can't go without my car! I finally received notification at 3:30, while I was already on my way, that my car was ready. If I'd waited for notification, I would not have made it there in time before you closed at 4. Horrible service. The worst communication I've ever experienced. My first time at your dealership - and my last. I'm a very very unhappy customer.

My service today was lagged from the start. I’ve been here beforehand and have always been greeted from my car upon arrival. I also had to track down a service advisor to check my car in and I was not kept aware of the status of my car after the estimated time elapsed of when it was to be done. I am a customer that appreciates excellent customer service when it comes to getting with car services done which can be a hassle before the work on the car gets done. Hopefully I have a better experience with customer service advisors next time.

Scheduled an oil change at 2:15pm. An hour into the appointment they said it would be past 4pm before they would get it done and the car has not been touched yet. . So, an hour into the appointment I did not have the service, and I decided to take the car home as I had to pick up my kids.

It did take over 2 hours to do a tire rotation, but it was done correctly.

Michael has the best customer service by far at your shop. He is always willing to help the customer. Always friendly and I can count on him to take care of me when I bring my sequoia in for service.

90 minute job took 3 hours, not the service guy's fault I know but it was also $100 more than the Lawrence toyota quoted me
