but also the team offered to do my tire rotation and oil change as well since I had an appointment for that service upcoming in a few weeks. I always feel like the team is always looking out for my best interests every time I come. That's why I drive farther to come to this dealership versus closer dealerships.

Thanks to Josh, Kyle and the service tech who performed the work on my car today. The issue with the brakes was resolved after further investigation by the technician. The brakes worked perfectly on my return trip home today. The pricing was in line with my expectations. Again, thanks for tracking down and addressing the problem.

The young man that checked me in and out today didn’t so much as say hello, or how can I help you. Instead he said, “keys?” And walked off. Then when he came back in he didn’t say anything until He put info into the computer then he said “oil change And tire rotation?” And that was it. I had to ask if the tire rotation was included since we bought tires there. Once that was answered then he just said 1 hr 15 to 1 hr 30. And I looked at him prob with a blank face and told him I hadn’t been there in quite sometime because my husband had brought the car in. And where do I go? The he decided to speak. Then overall service took 2 full hours and he really wasn’t any More talkative and was just as stern and unfriendly at the end too. I watched people around the service center and it overall Appeared that they all Were much more interested in interacting amongst themselves than with customers.

Failure to disclose additional fees with price quote- very dishonest. Shows a short sighted view to a customer that spent over $50000 to ding me for a $15 shop fee that was NOT disclosed in quote. When my maintenance contract is finished I sincerely doubt that I will be back for any further paid services! I won’t tolerate deceptive practices!
