Oh my gosh. What is the point of an appointment? Nearly 3 hours to change two tires, one of which was tire warranty. And talk about burying the lede... you waited to the very end to spring it on me that the tires were $400 each. WTF? I can almost get a whole set of tires for that price. That was a supremely frustrating experience. Lame **** tire warranty - so much for that. They find a way to get my money, sell you the warranty. Use the warranty, charge you for $400 to match the tire. What a crock.

Emily contacted me the other evening after six asking for a copy of my drivers license that I had given you and copied by Eric‘s wife. Also, she mentioned something about replacing my paper tag with a metal one. I had no knowledge of this. I just remember you saying the vacuum tube was replaced in my car was right there ready to be taken home, which is what I did. I wasn’t going out in the snow to check this. She said it would take up to 60 days to get the title seriously you guys need to check records before you contact me if you don’t know how am I supposed to?

Last friday I brought in my landcruiser for oil change, tire rotation, plug a tire etc... This morning I get out I can hear the leak on the tire. So my guess is the tire rotation and plugging the leak didnt happen but yet I paid for it, now I am wondering if the oil change and others happened also.
