Failure to disclose additional fees with price quote- very dishonest. Shows a short sighted view to a customer that spent over $50000 to ding me for a $15 shop fee that was NOT disclosed in quote. When my maintenance contract is finished I sincerely doubt that I will be back for any further paid services! I won’t tolerate deceptive practices!

Everyone tried hard. The mechanic was diligent. But I had said that the battery would have to be replaced. It was 7 years old. However, the sales team said they had a good report on the battery. The light was on when I left and I had to spend my morning while they replaced it. If they had just done what they should have selling the car to me and not tried to give me a 7 year old battery, all would have been much better. BUT - they made it right and I am very happy now.

They didn’t initially want to honor the service agreement I paid for - had to get the sales team involved. Plus they don’t reset the maintenance minder, and for some reason the settings on my touch screen had been changed, as well as all of my “favorites” saved on the radio had been wiped.

The vehicle was done by 10:30 but we had not been called, I had to call at 4:30 to find out it was complete. On the way home we continued to have noise and had to go back and hsve more parts on order.

Yes, he was very helpful and informed me about a service contract for pay for two get one free basically which saved me some money. The service was done very quickly. I was surprised how quick it was done. I always go to legends for my service if at all possible because I do like the people there very much and I usually don’t have to wait very long.
