Told me my engine filter needs to be replaced soon when the filter is brand new and just got replaced 10 days ago. Overcharged me for tire balance & rotation and alignment. Car services were done for an hour and they didn’t inform me the car is ready to go. Service representative went home and ignored my presence just right outside his door. Last time ever to use your dealership.

Oscar was great! He was very responsive to our questions, very courteous and polite. Though no fault of his, it was very busy at the dealership and we had to wait a while when checking in and checking out of our appointment.

Had to take it back the next day because the didn't connect a airhose and check engine light and track off light came on. Wasn't running right when I drove it home from a simple service appt. It should have been driven after the service which they obviously didn't do. Not the first time the service department not doing there jobs. We have nought many vehicles from ledgends Toyota, won't be buying anymore because of poor service department.

All of the employees were great and super helpful. However I made an appointment for 10:15 am for an oil and filter change and I didn’t leave the dealership until 12:40pm. I was an hour late for work.

Evan not only was very polite also answered several questions/ concerns of mine, think he must be an asset to your business . He is down to earth, and always a smile , good attitude.
