The only issue is they overbooked so it took 2 hours. But the service agents were helpful and nice.

I had driven 30 miles and was called and told service was three hours behind! I was only 5 miles away at the time. If I had been called an hour earlier, I would’ve rescheduled. It was almost three hours after my original 12:45 appointment time before my car was done. This dealership has the WORST service department I have ever experienced! The other time I came for a simple tire rotation it took over two hours! I will NEVER take my car back here - service agreement or not!

I wasn’t satisfied with my service and when I called to talk to a manager I had to leave a message and never heard back. The shop would not replace my car battery even though it’s under warranty.

Could someone from service explain my recommended fluid changes. Does this include transmission? Or is it hybrid and gasoline engine fluids? How often is this to be done? What happens if I delay it? It costs $800 Thanks Gary

It was really a bad experience with the service today they called me for a service that the agency was going to provide me and in the end everything was a scam, they didn't make it simple for me because I bought it in July as if it weren't a group from the Toyota agency
