My final estimate was $600 more than quoted. I asked twice when I received the 2nd estimate if that was correct and was told twice it was correct and included all costs of the repairs. Imagine my surprise when after the work was completed that due to flaws in the system my final estimate was incorrect and sorry about the inconvenience- I think maybe a reduction in my bill would be the correct solution-we have been loyal customers of legends Toyota for many years and this really the first time I have had any issues.

I will say it's very frustrating to call because I had a question about the service on my car but can't talk to anyone. I left a message for a return phone call but never got a call back. This has happened pervious times as well. Need to do better with that.

Michael Jacobsen's service was perfect. I chose Legends' Toyota because I hadn't been there before and wanted to look at the new Crown Toyota. But the only vehicles in the showroom were used vehicles. Makes no sense to me.

I absolutely LOVED Evan Donahue. He was friendly, personable and fun to do business with. Our courtesy driver to The Legends was also delightful. They both made our experience fantastic.

Made the appointment for our key fob After 2 hours for our 1st oil change we entered our vehicle without the 2nd key. We were never told that the keyfob was not on hand. We drove 40 miles for this We were never told during this process that the key fob was not available Now when the fob is available we will have to return to the dealership We had a great sales experience
