Service advisor was very courteous and provided updated information on the details of the service that was being done. The courtesy shuttle was an unexpected and welcome surprise. The driver was friendly and polite and offered interesting details on Toyota hybrids.

Do not have any issues with Mr Jacobson. Do have issues with your appointment system. I had an 8:30 appointment to program a key fob for my car. Was after 10:30 before car was completed. Mr. Jacobsen apologized but think you need to look at how you do appointments and how you handle them when they show up. No one can really explain why it took 2 m+ hours to do a 15 min job. I no other services performed.

I went to ask them to solve a problem with my car and they charged me more than 300 dollars and the car is the same or worse. It was a bad service. They didn't know how to explain the whole problem to me. They only sent me a text and they couldn't call me.

All of the workers were super helpful. However I made an appointment at 10:15am for an oil and filter change. I didn’t leave the dealership until 12:40pm and I was an hour late for work.
