You guys constantly recommend unnecessary services. Look at the pictures of my cabin and air filter. Furthermore, you tell me I need new tires, but don’t give tire tread measurements. I am forced to schedule an appointment, yet no advisors seemed available or wanting to come out and greet me. My car set ready for fifteen minutes while my advisor ate an orange and socialized. I had to approach to leave. Advisor said nothing about recommend services. Lastly total in report is different than what I was charged. While all minor issues , it’s a lot and I am just not sure I will return.

Communication was lacking. I did not get updates on the work on my vehicle and was communicated to very well on when the vehicle would be done getting worked on. I had to keep checking in.

The past three times I have had my vehicle serviced at Legends, it has never been delivered within the timeframe as indicated by the service advisor. Last time it was over 30 minutes late, yesterday it was over an hour. When I make an appointment on your website, most times slots are available, leads me to believe most service customers are walk-ins. I have to ask what is the purpose of having an appointment if walk-ins consume all available service capacity?

Came in for an oil change with TOyota coupon $69.95. But they ended up charging me $82 (regular price) I blame myself for not paying attention but the service tech knew better. I think i will stay with Molle Toyota instead of Legends
