I showed up to pick up my vehicle and noticed it was still leaking transmission fluid and assume the technician did not clean up his mess when he was done repairing it. So I crawled underneath it cleaned it up and returned to work and it was still leaking fluid. I think confirmation of repairs very important before sending it out. I also call to talk to the service advisor and he was not available and I asked to speak with the service manager and he was not available so I left a name and phone number and ask him to return my call and never receive one. Still waiting on a reply
Kyle was great! My dissatisfaction is with the service department as a whole as common sense appears to have been totally disregarded.

Bryce was awesome…saved me a bundle today with take off tires and even took the time to show me where my last service center was scheduling maintenance 20-30k miles before it was due. Also, when I called in to schedule the appointment, I requested an update on where I was on the list for a recall on my truck and Bryce gave me the info first thing when I dropped the truck off today. All in all I was very impressed, you all run a really great service center.
He was polite, helpful and knowledgeable.

My Debit card had been closed because of suspected fraud, so your guy that was checking me out had one of your employee's take me US Bank at 110th and Parallel to straighten out the problem. I called down 2 days before to get a rental so I could go to another appointment I had. There was no rental available when I got there. I was told the recall would take an hour when we arrived. At 1.5hrs I thought I saw my highlander in the garage I dropped it off but I figured they would tell me if it was mine. At 2hrs I went and asked. It was mine. A little disappointing because my time is very valuable.

Bryce and his trainee were informative about what my car needed and that made me feel comfortable with the decisions I made about what to have fixed at this time. I could tell Bryce must be a good trainer as his trainee was answering, agreeing and nodding as Bryce explained things to me! :)
