It is ridiculous that it takes 2 hours for an oil change. Especially when I made an appointment. This is very disappointing that you do not respect your customers time.

Evan was so inviting the moment that I pulled up. As soon as I opened up the door he was there greeting me with open arms and laughter. He reminded me as if I were visiting family member that I haven't seen in awhile. If Evan was a salesman I would have purchased a vechicle that day. Job well done!

Cody did a fine job, but I'm going to have to make a return trip because the maintenance light wasn't reset. Also, I think the tires were inflated adequately. They were inflated to 31PSI, and we've always kept them at 35 PSI. The issues were not a reflection on Cody. They were probably just oversights, but it's inconvenient to have to make a return trip. Thank you.

After months of delays we finally got the opportunity to receive our spare key fob for our brand new 2023 Toyota Prius purchased from Legends Toyota. Unfortunately the spare key fob was not complete as it is missing the key. My wife was told that the key for the spare key fob was with the original key fob. I know for a fact that it was not with the original key fob so now I’ll have to make multiple phone calls to get this situation resolved and I do not have time to mess with this problem.
