The skid plate on the vehicle was tightened in August 2023. It had come loose again, I made an appointment and was told it would be at least a 2 hour wait. I. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and it was still parked outside and not been looked at. I feel it should have been looked at sooner being as though it wasn't repaired correctly the first time. This issue was about a 10 minute repair. I ended up leaving without the repair after nearly 2 hours waiting.
