I’m not sure who Jacob is because I never dealt with a Jacob. My experience with Amber Pacheco, however, was very straight-forward and pleasant. My only wish is that they would’ve matched the price of a competing dealer on the extended warranty. Aside from that minor issue, everything has been great so far.

Oscar Pardo did not make the due procedure to get my car serviced. He set up my appointment since last Tuesday, without checking to see if the part had to be ordered. I took time off from work today to bring the car, just to find out the part was not available and now have to bring the car again. I had always been satisfied with this dealership’s service, but not at all this time. He did not apologize for the trouble he caused, and just gave a lame excuse. He needs more training in customer service.

Michael was extremely professional and quite attentive to my automobile needs. He estimated my car would be done by 1300, when in actuality it got done at 1130. I have always been pleased with the car provided by the Legends Toyota Service department. There have been multiple times where they have caught items that showed up needing addressed that had already been taken care of. I have had nothing but positive experiences through Legends Toyota and plan on keeping my business for many years
