Did not conduct the service to standard. Did not swap spare to replace a flattening tire, then had to come back and have it done again. None of this is a problem as it is easily fixed. The problem is now I am unsure if the quality of maintenance conducted on my vehicle because of the overlook and lack of inspection following the maintenance. Was even assured that it was done upon checkout just to find that it was not. When a service costs nearly 2k, I expect the work and professionalism to be top notch especially if you are going to charge upper end maintenance labor costs.

I arrived at 10:45. The service completion was promised by 1:30. It wasn't done until after 2:15. That's more than 20% longer than I expected.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from you since 2010. I made an appointment for 12:00 today for a 10,000 mile check up on a 2024 tacoma pickup. This was to include a oil change and tire rotation. I also asked to have the coolant in the air conditioner checked since it was low at the 5,000 mile checkup and making a noice. I reiterated a number of times I wanted the coolant level checked not find the noise. From past experience, I expected this to take an hour or less. Hi was told it would be ready at 2:30, which seemed ridiculous but I agreed thinking it surely would be ready before then with a new truck, less than 10,000 miles and no reported problems. But no, it wasn't ready until 2:56, more than 3 hours after I checked it slightly before 12:00. That, I my opinion was a considerable waste of my time and I am deeply offended by the apparent disrespect of my time, particularly as a repeat customer, i had an appointment that I was early for, and after we had clearly discussed that I was waiting for it. I am quite offended by this clear lack of considerate customer service.
