I lifted up the hood today and saw all kinds of leaves and sticks around the washer fluid dispensers, in front of the cabin air filter. I was surprised that wasn’t cleaned out if our car was properly serviced.

Although Cody did a good job with customer service and explaining what was done to my car. I feel battery check should have been included in the 130k service which would have saved me an extra 100.00. My car issues were not resolved, but according to your mechanics, nothing could be found. I came home and googled my symptoms and learned it could be my BCM ( Body Control Module). Knowing Toyotas also have BCMs, I’m wondering why this option was mentioned. Then I read it could be as simple as a reset on the BCM. Geez! Disappointed School Teacher Teresa

Evan was very personable and friendly. Service was performed in a very efficient manner and in less time than what was estimated. This visit redeemed the dealership from a disappointing previous experience. It would be better if the person driving the vehicle into the service bay would NOT adjust the driver’s seat. Overall a good experience!

It took over 2 hours and 30 minutes. I found the report on my phone before the service advisor. I didn't get a text that my vehicle was ready. I have been a customer since 2020 and only had my vehicle service here. It was not your best effort. He did remove the charges of $63 that were added to my last free service which was nice because it was supposed to be free. But on a scale of 1-10, it was a 4.

I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, the young woman who checked me in was nice. She said my oil change should take an hour...well maybe an hour and a half, but probably not that long. I took my seat and waited. Just a few minutes shy of an hour and a half I received the notification and checkpoint list saying my car was complete. Soon after my car was pulled into the bay and I gathered my things. It was nearly 20 minutes later I was still standing there waiting to be called in. I needed to get back on the road so I asked a gentleman at one of the desks and he said he had just grabbed my paperwork. He thanked me for my patience and finished my transaction. What was frustrating about this was while this young man was saying he was swamped and I had been waiting, there were five other staff members standing in the next vestibule chatting. So then I go to my car and when I start it I notice my tire light is on (it had been on with the fluctuations in temps). If they had really completed the checkpoints as stated why was the light on? At this point I didn't have time to go back and have it addressed. However, upon return home I checked and ALL four tires were low. The sheet given to me clearly stated that all four tires were checked and adjusted to 35. First, the recommendation on the door only says 32, but none were even at that level. So if that point on the inspection wasn't really completed it makes me wonder what else was falsified. And if the checklists are not being completed why does it take an hour and a half to change oil?
