I was disappointed that the svc-rep Micheal gave me an excessive fee more than originally discussed;he used someone else's phone number to contact us,thus "we were never contacted; even after we took time to get an estimate of charges & he knew that! In our conversation/appointment!

I wasn’t happy that I drove 40 miles to be told that fog lights could not be installed on my 23 Sienna because it wasn’t configured for them even though there is a switch for them somebody should have caught this long before I arrived there. Evan was great very apologetic and was confused also. I guess from now on I need to be more specific as to what can and can’t be installed.

The issue was that a part came off my car. It doesn’t make sense that this service should come with a fee. These small things should not cost for loyal customers.

Evan was great and helped me with my 10k service(Saturday, 9Dec). Also opted for an alignment which was performed, but the vehicle still pulls left. Will be calling to see if another alignment can be conducted. Otherwise, another great experienced at Legends Toyota!

Immediately upon leaving the dealership, the tire inflation warning lit up in my dashboard. I stopped to fill up my tires (thought this was part of the service I paid for). All tires were low on air pressure and my tire sensor is still on.

Evan is the best. He deserves a nice big bonus for Christmas! The service department appears to be the bulk of your business since cars on the lot continue to be scarce. As a long time customer I value consistency in who I deal with and someone who knows me and my vehicles. Hopefully you take care of them enough to keep them around
