Your shuttle service is unacceptable. I should not have to call 3 times and wait all afternoon and find out that you communicate with your drivers via text. WHILE THEY ARE DRIVING. You should know better and furthermore should know where your drivers are at all times and be better able to plan their routes rather than backtracking all over the city because the girl answering your phone refuses to call anyone so that they have to return every single time to get their next assignment because they know better than to text and drive.
