I asked if the tire rotation was included in the price of my oil change and the scheduler told me that it was. I wasn’t expecting to pay an additional $30 and wasn’t given an estimate to sign prior to the work being completed.

I came in to address primarily my window issue and second oil change. Oil change and tire rotation occurred but the window issue was not addressed. I was given a diagnosis of the window which mechanically did not make sense. I will have to make another appointment which is a challenge since we live a good distance away. Honestly, I am surprised with this visit. Not expected from a trust worthy brand.

I had an appointment to get my tires rotated at 10am. I arrived 10 minutes early. I did not leave the dealership until 11:45am; almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. Nonetheless, I didn’t get vehicle alerts on my phone until 11am, leading me to think that no one had even touched my car untilthen. I think that’s ridiculous that I had to wait almost 2 hours just to get my tires rotated, especially when I had a scheduled appointment. It would’ve been quicker if I did it myself. I am very disappointed in this experience.

Was told defrost button wasnt malfunctioning but upon trying it found it not functional still I wound up not being charged but was dismayed at the lack of solution.

I scheduled this week multiple weeks out, including the safety recalls. The parts were not available, so a separate visit is now required. I’m disappointed with the preparation.
