I noticed that on my service review that it was recommended to replace the Air filter and the cabin filter. No one said anything to me about it. I appreciated the non pushy sales pitch. I will return for my next oil change. Thank you.

Cody was absolutely amazing! I have a vocal disability,so I have to write out what I need done, he made me feel totally comfortable an at ease!He took excellent care of my car needs an went over what needs to be done in the future! I was very happy with his service! On my next visit, I would like for Cody to handle my car, I know it will be in good hands! Job well done!! Thank you Cody Peterson!!!

Michael was great, good attitude. This comment is geared towards the car runner. When I collected my car, it was parked very close to the bumper of the truck in front of my car. I was not a fan of my car being left in drive and in accessory mode. I’ve never had it left this way. I’ve been coming to the dealership for 7 years. Why leave the car in gear?

I was told it’d be a 45 min to an hour for an oil change and tire rotation when I checked in, was called up at 2 hours 15 min. This was with an appointment.

It was marked that all my tires had 35 pounds of air pressure. When not one of them had thirty five pounds when I picked the truck up the air inflation light was still on.

I don’t think legends Toyota have better technology and mechanics. My car has smooth runs. There was no shake while driving but since, this dealer starting regular maintenance and tire balance and rotation , my car shakes a lot. Looks like they don’t even know how to balance the tire and feel like this guys disabled something car parts anytime customer goes at this dealer that way they can show more issues and charge to customers. Lots of people told me that before but now myself feeling like it . No trust at all .
