The staff is polite and informative. I had a 7:00am oil change. I was told it would take 30-60 minutes but it took 90 minutes leading to me being late for work. They used to offer a loaner to avoid this but no longer do. I’m pleased with the service, just not the length of the appointment.

There are a number of rattles. Can be consistently heard every single drive. None of the issues were fixed aside from the recalls. “Technician was unable to replicate noise”.
