Kyle Montgomery was excellent he was the only one who called me back and tried to be transparent about everything and he did a great job everyone else **** sucked either rude, didn’t return calls, or wasted my time telling me to comic up there just to tell me go back home but Kyle needs a raise!

Had a 8:30 appointment. Was told it should be done I 1 hour &15 minutes.Was there over 3 hours. If I had been told I could have arranged to be picked up and left the car. Other than that service was quite good and people pleasant.

The staff is polite and informative. I had a 7:00am oil change. I was told it would take 30-60 minutes but it took 90 minutes leading to me being late for work. They used to offer a loaner to avoid this but no longer do. I’m pleased with the service, just not the length of the appointment.
