When I showed up to drop off it took almost 10 minutes to check in. At pick up took over 20 minutes to get checked out. One person and three customers waiting. Dropped off at 1:00 asked for a car wash picked up and it was not washed. Not what I expect from Legends

Michael was AMAZING as a service rep!! He made sure I had a vehicle to use during the service, explained everything in detail so there were no surprises, and kept me informed every step of the way. I used this visit and his customer care to upstate to my coworkers why I ONLY go to Legends Toyota, and that Michael is someone you want to work with. FANTASTIC JOB!!
