Wish service department would not change vehicle settings. My headlights were removed auto settings. I didn't catch the change until I driving at night.

I received excellent customer service from Kyle. He made sure and explained my service. He helped get Daryl to shuttle me to a near shopping area. He followed up the service text with a phone call making sure that I understood what the findings with my service were. He was kind and took extra time to talk to me about my service experience. I am a long time customer of legends toyota and had I’d not known he was new I wouldn’t have been able to tell a difference.

It was ok. Had to come back and finish requested service. Also, service dept couldn’t complete malfunction with fuel gauge because they couldn’t repeat the issue. Also, still have some scratches and swirl marks in paint.

I ended having to leave before they serviced my vehicle. I made a 7:30 appointment for today and at 9:15 they were just getting ready to service my vehicle. I had another appointment at 9:30 so I had to leave. No other appointment was made or offered.

The length of time it took was just a few minutes shy of 2 hours. Quite a long time to wait for what was scheduled as a tire rotation. That was with a scheduled appt.
