I was scheduled at 7:00 for just an oil change and was not out of there until about 8:15. I had seen my car finished in the bay several minutes before that. I was standing, waiting, not one person asked if they could help. This is my 2nd unsatisfactory experience in a row. I’m not sure I will be back. My husband and I have bought 5 vehicles and have always had a good experience. Very disappointed lately.

Answered yes because dealership had to wait for response from Toyota regarding repair. Toyota never did respond to dealership. Waited five hours. Dealership service satisfactory.

4.5 hours for tire rotation and coolant flush..... several points where it was ovvious time was wasting. Bonkers. I started coming to this location because hendrick was taking so long. This just broke their scale

Kyle was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He handled the stress of long lines (because of their being short staffed) calmly which helped us to stay calm too. Pretty amazing because he had only been there 2 weeks. He’s a keeper!
