I appreciate Kyle not trying to aggressively convince me to fix everything that popped up on the inspection report, but rather understood the cost of the major problem and really worked with me on the issues.

Overall it appeared that the service went well and professionally, with some minor issues. The oil appeared to be overfilled by up to half a quart, the lug nuts were all overtightened by 10-15 ft-lb, and the tire pressures weren't quite right. Very common issues in shops, and I appreciate that it looks like at least the wheels were installed and removed carefully, so the area by the lug nuts was not all dinged up.

Not very happy with Legend Toyota and Kansas City Kansas. I purchased a 2024 4 Runner and ordered running boards and mudflaps for it. The running boards were installed perfectly but I had to come back the following weekend because they ordered the wrong mudflaps when I came back they had ordered the wrong mudflaps again not very happy, wasted my time and my gas. I’ve never had this problem before at legends I’ve bought three cars there, I hope something has done about this somebody up there in the parts department do not know what they’re doing. I figured you tell him the model of your car and they ordered the parts for it but in this case it didn’t happen and it sad it happened twice. I really hope someone does contact me.

Michael, the Service Advisor, was great. I appreciate his recommendations for my vehicle. With that said, the employees who worked on my car needlessly tacked on 6 miles between when I dropped it off and picked it back up. As checked by Toyota’s own mobile app, it had been driven westward towards Legends and in surrounding neighborhoods. There was also trash left behind in the vehicle.

Kyle was great. Very knowledgeable. Gave me his recommendations and answered my questions with confidence. I wasn’t prepared to do quite as much that day but I know my Toyota is in good hands with the Legends crew and I trust that it’s safe for me and my family!
