I had a 12:45 appointment to fix my windshield and when I arrived , I was told that it wasn’t done in house and that I would have to leave my car there and I could pick it up the next day. I told them that I couldn’t do that because I had to work the next day and I need my car. They told me they would see what they could do. I told them that I would be waiting in the waiting area. Around 3:00 I went up to the service department and asked them how much longer it would be for the windshield repair. His response was “I thought you left” 5 minutes later I asked him since they haven’t started on my car to give me the keys so I could go home. I wasted 4 hours of my day and the windshield is still not fixed. If I have an appointment at 12:45 and my car wasn’t even looked at 3:00, why do I have an appointment time? I’m not happy with the service department. This is also the second time I’ve been there to get the windshield fixed and nothing is done.

Amber was able to help get the price and plan developed mostly from email and phone calls. As military that is super helpful as I am constantly traveling and not around to do a lot of time in person. Toyota on the financing side need more experience but amber continue to work till a solution was found and completed the transaction. I would recommend calling fort Riley JAG team for advice on what forms military have or are require to provide for proof of residency. Legends has the best deals around the area and would recommend to a friend.

Was left waiting for an hour after my service was completed. No one came to get me or tell me it was completed until i spoke to someone. I could have sat there for another 2 hours. They said the guy who checked me in had to go home due to sickness. Theu had no idea what was done to the car and what needed to be done. Terrible service for being a cuatomer for the last +15 years.
I was impressed that he got it done in the amount of time he promised. Great service.
