It took over 2 1/2 hours to complete an oil change and rotation. No problems noted on the inspection. The previous visit also took over two hours for the same service. When I asked why it took so long the only reason was lack of staff. I can understand that, but perhaps fewer appointments so the staff you have available can complete their service in a quick manner. To be honest, if I didn’t have the prepaid service I would have the routine maintenance done elsewhere.

My car broke down on Sunday. I picked my car up Saturday 2/24/24. Broke down 2/25/24. I am very disappointed. I brought my car in for service on 2/20/24. I kept getting the run around about my car. No one could tell me exactly what was wrong with the car. My engine loo in that was on. I had a bad experience after buying a used car from Legends Toyota. What I was told is there was no oil in the car. Also that I may need an oil filter of some type. There were other codes that showed up when the technician examined my car. No one could tell me what the codes meant. I was told my car was ready Saturday 2/24/24. That oil was put in the car. I asked if the engine light was still on. Evan said,”no you can pick your car up.” The car ran ok until Sunday 2/25/24. I am very displeased and would not recommend anyone to buy or take their car to Legends Toyota. Very bad service and the communication regarding what is going on with your car is not there!! I will not be returning to Legends Toyota for anything. Never will I buy a car there or take my car there!
