I dropped my 2018 Camry off yesterday for a recall service. I’m not sure when my car was actually finished being worked on, but no one called to let me know it was done. When I called this morning, I was told that the message I received yesterday that my inspection was completed was my indication that my car was ready. But nowhere in that message does it say my car is ready for pickup. So I was without a car yesterday for apparently no reason. Thank you!

We will ask for Kyle Montgomery the next time we require service on our Highlander Hybrid. At check in, he went through a list of suggested services, based on our mileage. One service we agreed to was an alignment. When our routine oil change and tire rotation was completed, he explained that the mechanic analyzed the need for the alignment and determined our vehicle did not require it. How many service departments would do this. Very happy with and have total trust in Legends Toyota Service.

They turned off my automatic lights without telling me and I ended up getting a ticket for them not being on while it was raining. If lights are turned off while in service please let people know.

I needed an oil change and wanted have the brakes checked. The tires were rotated. When I got back in my vehicle the low tire icon was still on. I asked why? They checked the 4 tires and the light was still. I was told had a bad sensor. The spare was not checked. I was livid!

I have spoken with David Rank today regarding my experience at Legends Toyota. In short the customers service provided by Bryce was less than the standard I am accustomed to. He either lacks training and experience or he is simply lazy and unprofessional. Based on the information he provided regarding my vehicle or lack the lack of information he provided I was left with a feeling of being lied to, deceived. It felt he was simply trying to pad my invoice to up his commission not to truly provide me with the best customer service. After years of being a loyal Legends customer, I questioned conducting future business with the company.
