I called and spoke with Bryce. He was professional, helpful, and sympathetic to my concerns. I brought the car in and hoped to work with Bryce on it. My service tag was assigned to Evan, and we just never built the same rapport or level of trust I felt with Bryce. I wasn’t really talked through any options or scenarios. I didn’t feel as though my questions were fully explored or answered. In the end, I left only doing the diag and found another solution that worked for my family.
