Camry/ diagnosed with a bad Cadillac converter. Had that replaced on January 24th. On the 8th of March the Engine light came back on. Brought it in on the 12th paid the diagnostic fee. It's the same code originally I brought the car in for the cat converter. The same "codes #430 and #420 for below cat threshold" ARE THE SAME AS 1-11-24. THE SAME PROBLEM I WAS CHARGED FOR. THE ENGINE LIGHT IS NOW BACK ON FOR THE 3RD TIME. I'M DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. I brought it to Toyota because you guys should know this stuff inside and out. It appears the reset button was hit and not a lot of investigation.

Normally I am. I go about 20 miles out of my way to get my truck serviced. This time I had to come back in the middle of a work day to get my rear diff plug thing screwed in all the way. So this trip was annoying to the way the least. Kyle was great and handled everything awesomely so Kyle was awesome.

I was in for scheduled 5k mile service on my 23 Crown. I waited over 2 hours for completion. Apparently the service ticket was placed on the wrong desk and it got overlooked. The young man explained the confusion, apologized numerous times. He was very honest about the confusion. Very nice young man. All is well.
