I have been with Toyota for years but felt very unappreciated today. The technician that was to do my work never contacted me. Workers except Darrell and Evan a little pretty much ignored me. I was misled by the dent repair I paid for.

Communication was sparse and trying to get in touch with any service advisor was irritating! I left messages and apparently they were not given to Mike. I'm just glad to have my car back after six days. Unfortunately due to mother nature and my car sitting outside during the hail storm on March 13th, I'm going to have to deal with hail damage claims and insurance. Uggg

First let me say that the text message that led me to this survey said this was a quick 1 question survey. This is the third. I don't think I can make enough positive comments about Michael Jacobsen to do him justice. He deserves a raise. He was so connected with our conversation with regards to why I came in and what I needed to know before I left. Great job Michael Jacobsen!

I won’t come back to this dealership. I was told over the phone that my car was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped the car off and within 5 minutes got a call saying at 30k miles, I didn’t need an oil change, but instead needed my brakes flushed, throttle body service, and alignment. This should have been told to me over the phone and again when I dropped the car off. Instead, I was called after already dropping the car off. I feel like the dealership was hoping to take advantage of me. This situation has caused me to not trust this dealership. I will get my car serviced and buy new cars elsewhere.

Going to go to another Toyota dealer for the brake job I need done I started at Roger Smith coming there but with Bryan gone service and employees are not the same I’m sure my cousin is rolling over in his grave
