If wait time to get service is beyond appointment time, then a phone call or text shld be sent. I had an appointment day before this day, and for reasons beyond their control, I was told AFTER I arrived that it would be 3 hrs before my car cld be serviced. That is unacceptable.

I got an oil change and my tires rotated on May 22, 2024, after driving my car for 8 days, about 20-30 miles I noticed that something was wrong with my car because it wasn’t driving correctly. After further investigation, my father and I noticed that the back left tire had three lug nuts that were sticking out more than the others. It was so bad that I could unscrew those three lug nuts with my hands. After finding that out we then had to tighten every other lug nut on each wheel by at least a quarter turn. I was fortunate that I wasn’t on the highway or going at a high speed when this happened. This is not acceptable for such a routine thing and I will be expecting a call or I will personally call in myself and see what can be done about this.

Mr.Donahue greeted me with a smile and welcome me into the facility. Every question I had he explained into detail. The service team there is top notch great customer service skills. I never have to worry about my vehicle when it comes to your facility. Every is fix properly I drive away with a piece of mind knowing my vehicle is safe to operate. Thank you

Kyle did a fine job and was accurate with the amount of time it would take for service although 2 hours for an oil change was a bit extreme. The biggest disappointing part of the experience is that technician left oil smudges on our vehicle where their hands clearly shut the hood.
