The service requested was transmission flush; technician communicated that this was the approved service; after service was performed paperwork identified only four quarts of trans fluid added; asked technician to identify why so little trans fluid was added after a flush; technician identified that flush did not occur; fluid was changed but not flushed; service provided and promised was not performed.

I would like someone to contact me in regards to my 90,000 mile service and what was completed. I think there should have been an oil change since my last one was done at 80,000 miles and I do not believe it was done in the 3 hours my car was at the dealership.

The maintenance guy left me waiting 3 hours in the waiting room when the tires ordered a week ago were not even on site. Did not tell me they were not delivered. Can only guess be was going to leave me there all day ... for simple mounting of 4 new tires!

The customer service gentleman was very professional and courteous. The scheduling for the shop however was beyond horrible. I was left to wait almost 3 hours for a simple oil change. Hard to find anything positive in this visit.
