Came back with update on projected services ie) initially stated front and back brakes needed changed. service advisor notified me that the back brakes are in good condition. Do you service Jeep wranglers?

Josh did great, however the technician that checked my AC didn't do a good job.... so we left the rav there at Toyota, with Josh to have them check my AC it is NOT cooling down like it should!!

Had an appointment at 10 car wasn’t taken into shop until 1210 no one was told anything. Very disappointing I had another appointment at1130 and had to cancel it. All that was needed on my vehicle was a tire rotation. They also stated there was a recall (something to do with the front bumper. That wasn’t done at all due to the time issue. The worst ever. Didn’t leave until 1230

Evan was great. But it seems like you guys are struggling w making the right number of appointments. Last week, I had an appointment that I postponed when you all called to say you were running behind. Then I got the same call yesterday too. It’s frustrating to put something g in the schedule and then have to move it or have it take way longer than expected!

The service requested was transmission flush; technician communicated that this was the approved service; after service was performed paperwork identified only four quarts of trans fluid added; asked technician to identify why so little trans fluid was added after a flush; technician identified that flush did not occur; fluid was changed but not flushed; service provided and promised was not performed.
