Apt was at 10am. Car was not taken back for service for an hour and a half after original apt time and then took an additional hour to complete. This is completely unacceptable. Why have an appointment if it’s not going to be kept.

Very clear about what needed to be done for my service. Then back to tell what else needed to be done so asked permission before doing the work and surprising at the end with the bill. Nice to not be surprised! Also reset the car so maintenance notice will not come on!

The two people that helped us with Bethany and Derek Matson the experience we have with both of them was unbelievable. They treat you like royalty actually and helped us in anyway and answered all of our questions and so we ended up not going any place to look, we just bought the car from you, because those two people
