I was told when I arrived at 7:15 in the morning that it would be 45 minutes to an hour so I decided to stay. It took nearly 2 hours before they finally said my car was done! Also, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment for the recall, they told me they didn’t know if they had any of the parts to fix it because they had use them all yesterday. thankfully they had some delivered that morning. .

700 dollars for a new set of keys? For a 12 year old vehicle Is ridiculous. I spent 100 dollars and 5 hours of my time to tell me that the keys I have will not send a signal to the car to unlock it or the panic button.

I was not notified about the multi point inspection results until it was time to pay. There were recommendations that I would have had completed but they had already pulled my vehicle up to leave. My tech was nowhere to be seen until it was time for me to leave. He sent the text notifying me of the results as I was walking up to the checkout to pay.
