It was good service. Michael was very professional and courteous.
The only complaint I have is the time it took to get my car finished. To the representatives credit he let me know they were behind when I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time which was for 9:30 and I appreciated that information that it would be 1 H.R. 45 minutes to 2 hrs. My prior visit was the same way as far as they were behind and I believe that was a 2 hr wait The reps both time were very kind respectful and informative
Took Camry to get aligned and they forgot to do it the first time, then told me they didn't do it because it was within spec. Came back and they checked it and it was off so they aligned it twice, both times with the steering wheel off about 5 degrees and so that's how the car is to this day aligned but not with the steering wheel.
Two and a half hours for an oil change is unacceptable.
Evan was great as always. It would be nice if Toyota honored appointments, over walk in customers. A few customers and I were talking about having appointments and waited 2+ hours for an oil change with an appointment. It’s very frustrating when I could take my car somewhere else and be done within 30-45 minutes.
Your service department is terrible, Ive had 2 of my trucks serviced there for basic maintenance (oil change and tire rotation). Always told it will be an hour job, appointment is made and every time it takes 2-3 hours to get the job done. This dealership is the only one Ive had this issue with and after giving you another chance with this last service and getting the same results I will not be back. I own 5 toyotas currently and your competitor will be the one to service them from now on as I have never had to wait more than an hour when they do the same job. Voiced my opinion to your service manager while I was there who in my opinion didnt seem to care, so good luck but you wont be getting anymore money from me.

They were the absolute best team I could have ever asked for to help me in my car buying experience. Also, a huge shout out to Duce Lett for setting me up with this amazing team.
