Nobody reached out to me after I asked the question. I did call Legends Toyota and spoke to two different women who were helpful, but I did not receive a call from a “Jacob Merrick” after my question about not receiving a spare key when I purchased my truck last Tuesday

Was quoted one hour to 90 minutes on the phone when scheduling. Was quoted 90 minutes to 2 hrs when I arrived. Was sent a text that vehicle was completed at about 80 minutes. Agent did not respond to text inquiring when it would be ready. At past two hours located the agent who said he’d check, but I noticed my vehicle in the bay and told him so. He then located the paperwork. Very poor attention to the work flow on his part adversely affecting my opinion of the situation. Not happy!
