Legend Toyota is cheating and scamming to customers. Vehicle service department is really worst that I have never seen in US. I already call Toyota headquarters and informed everything and waiting for call.

Everything has been great, except they never got back in touch with us about fixing the rock chip in the front windshield. I would like this taken care of. We are supposed to pick up our title now.Thank you, Andrea B

I thought the man who helped me was wonderful. However, the kid area need a bit of attention. Books with pages ripped out, no chalk but tons of chalk boards, only basic puzzles. We had to be there for three hours so I broke it up with our own activities and took his scooter outside. Just something that could have helped us!

The issue was not resolved and I had to pay over $200. Half of that was for brake fluid. Seems a bit much for brake fluid…

I have to wait for 3 hours for my oil change, alignment, and recall with no explanation from the service advisor on why its taking a long time.

Everything went exceptionally well. Josh met me and in-processed my car on time and expeditiously. He was able to advise me on current and future service needs. Service was completed on time and Josh briefed me on results. Overall, a very satisfactory service experience.
