Evan was GREAT very professional and easy to talk to. Kept me well informed. The oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours to complete. For the price paid, that was abouy an hour too long. -Scott B

When the technician did the test drive after the alignment was done, a rock must’ve hit the windshield because now I have a crack in the window that is 3 feet long. Within minutes of picking up my car I noticed this, grabbed my daughter, and turned back around to show them. They were absolutely no help, and said that it couldn’t have been them. I am so frustrated, as this is a very expensive fix. I absolutely will never come back to this Toyota and will be telling every single person that I know about this experience and recommending them to go to Hendrick Toyota instead. Even my car buying experience was below par with legends, but I got my car from here for a better deal than what Hendrick was going to give me. I absolutely regret this decision. I am someone who gets a new car on the dot every two years and I can confidently say this is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. I am in the process of buying a new car currently, and have been to the following dealerships: Mazda Lee Summit, McCarthy Chevrolet, car city wholesale, hendrick Toyota, and van Chevrolet. I can tell you that every single one of those dealerships has given me a better experience overall compared to legends Toyota, which is why I absolutely will never buy a car from legends Toyota, or get my car service from here. I am a small business owner in the area, and I absolutely cannot wait to share my experience with how satisfied I am with all my clients. I would prefer not to be contacted about my experience, as I already spoke with the manager, and he was absolutely helpless. Next time you make a mistake and damage a car during a service, I hope you own up to it. As for me I will be purchasing a new car from elsewhere after my negative car buying experience in 2022 coupled with this incident.

The mechanic changed the oil on my 2017 Prius in a timely manner while I enjoyed coffee and snacks in the lounge. The coupon was applied to my bill.

I have only one question. When I dropped off my car for service I had a full tank of gas and indicated 700 + miles 'distance to empty'. But the 'distance to empty' was only 400 + miles when I picked it up after the service. And the service receipt indicates Fuel Level as Empty. Where did 300 'distance to empty' go?

I took the car for a recall and the issue wasn’t fix. I took it twice and now the bumper looks worse. I am so sad because I always thought that place had the best customer service.

I had an appointment to get the trim pieces replaced on my new Highlander because of hail damage. The appointment was made AFTER I was told the parts were in. I live 2.5 hours away, so it was very important that they were able to do it all in one day. We get there and they confirm they’ve got the parts. However, a couple hours later they call and say they don’t have everything, and now I’ve got to do this all over again. Extremely frustrated by this experience. Something needs done to make this right.

Would only say that it was perfect except I did end up in the Honda service bay initially as the road closure and detour through their parking lot threw me off. It was a first visit with the new Toyota not purchased through although I tried hard to give you my business. My car was finished before the estimated time, that was good. Thanks.
