Last visit was fine. I visited before for a brake job. My brakes had no sound. After the replacement, the brakes squeak and one of the wheels squeaks every rotation. I asked you to check it and I was told that moisture causes that. I know I was told that so that I leave you alone. I am seriously considering another dealership for future work

I asked from the rotate my tires and check the tire pressure since I’m going to Colorado. The idiot light has been on for a long time. When I got back into the car to go home, they did not air up the tires. Very frustrating.

Charged a lot more than expected. I categorically told them when I called AND when I check it in that it was a hybrid. They gave me a price and it was MORE than double. They quoted for one flush and not two. Instead of the bill being around $200 it was nearly $500. That is inexcusable.
