Had a 12:30 appointment on Friday for regular maintenance and a basic interior detail. Was told it would probably be a two hour wait or so (makes sense). I had my husband pick me up, and I told Evan I’d just come back around 5 to get it. I get no updates until 3:45, when Evan calls to say they need to keep my car overnight to get the detail done. I ask about the inspection report, as I hadn’t received it. Was told it’d be about 40 minutes. In other words, I dropped my car off at 12:30 for no reason as it hadn’t been touched. I asked Evan what time I could pick it up Saturday, and he said he’d let me know. He didn’t. I called at 8:15 in the morning and was told an hour or two, which was accurate. When I picked up my car, it hadn’t been washed like it was supposed to (Evan did offer to run it through the wash, but I needed to get going). Since I bought my car new at Legends, I’ve had fantastic service—with the exception of this visit and my last one. Both times, I wasn’t kept updated about my car, had to ask for the inspection report, and had to reach out to find out when I could come get it.

Josh and everybody there does a great job. I am frustrated that when the sticker on my window said that I needed an oil change it turns out that I didn’t really need an oil change. I would not have made that drive for the sake of the recall at this time. Had I known that an oil change was not going to be needed I would’ve saved my day instead of spending it at your dealership. I think you all should be more careful with what you put on the sticker.

Evan has been my service adviser on multiple times that I have come in for service. He is very outgoing and genuinely cares about the customers coming in for service. He always has a smile on his face and is quick to greet customers coming in. Customer service like Evan provides is rare nowadays and is a welcome change. Legend’s Toyota should feel fortunate to have working for them.
