We haven’t been taking our cars there for the past couple years because we have had some bad experiences. We came back yesterday and were so happy with Evan. He was great! A great asset to your team!

Not that I mind doing a survey, but you ask for "one" question and that leads to a full blown survey to follow?? Kinda cheesy... just send the survey and skip the odd lead-in question.

Waited over hours after appointment time for oil change and they did not even start. Got my car and left. How many cars,are scheduled at each appointment time!

It was a good experience over all. The shuttle service was very convenient and I had a great driver. Kyle Montgomery took care of everything I needed and made sure he was available to answer any and all questions I had. The car works well now after being serviced.

We signed upfor 11:15 yet our car wasn't done for four hours! Also wewete told that our car needed a $4000 repair -something I looked up what other said this type of repair should cost and it was half that cost so I'm just a little cautious about bringing my car back to you because it seems extremely odd, especially since I had no leakage which is what people suggest is a symptom of the problem

Two hour wait time for a oil change

3 hour oil change and tire rotation is too long. Been coming here for 7 years and have never waited that long. Usually it only takes 1.5 hours. Service advisor should have come found me in the lobby to update as I was already checked in. Didn’t know it was a 3 hour wait until I went and asked for update. Short on techs apparently. Had to cancel 11:30 meeting due to delay.

Wife was on a tight schedule. Checked in at 8am For an oil change. She left at 10:20am. Almost 2.5 hrs waiting in your lobby.
