Had trans flush,radiator flush, oil change, battery cable replaced, and rehook spring on hood latch, was told going to have inspection which Toyota does when you bring vehicle in first time I’ve not gotten , brought it in to have it ready to transfer ownership to my Son-in-law, about 3 hours later my son in law took my 2006 tundra to his mech finding part of muffler almost rusted out, boot on steering leaking and radiator starting to split, rear brakes not adjusted, work you did OK just no inspection

There’s nothing to be done at this point according to your master mechanic. However, it should’ve been decided while I was waiting for 2 hours that nothing was going to be covered or repaired before I took off with a loaner vehicle and had to waste more time bringing the loaner back and nothing being done. I have a family member that has cancer and is going through chemo treatment and I am helping to take care of them and now I can’t get that time back that I should’ve spent helping them. The best thing you can do is not tell people that something is covered and that you’re going to repair it and then turn around and say that it’s not covered and then do nothing but waste my valuable time. Just know that I will never buy another vehicle from your dealership again and I may never even buy another Toyota because this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this facility.

Kyle did a great job 100%.Aside from that. The plastic so undercarriage splash shield was hanging down in the front and missing at least 2 screws. Also your computer system did not have my previous visit, just a couple weeks ago available, nor the multi point inspection from last service visit in 2023.

It's my fault for not double checking. I wanted the techs to determine why my drl's were not functioning, not to fix them. I am quite certain I checked the block not to fix them in the app provided by the maintenance service team.
