Had to call to see if vehicle was ready right before closing time. When arrived to pick up service was closed sales people helped but knew nothing about the car/service. Didn’t know where car was had to go to back lot to find it with key.

My visit wasn’t super friendly & pleasant. Also, after my truck was serviced, it was parked in the third bay and blocked in both ends. I had to wait 10 mins before I could get a porter to let me out.

I was hoping that my appointment would take 1-1 1/2 hours. But it was 2.5 hours. Don’t know if you need more staff working on cars or what.
