And legends gave me a 2026 tundra capstone so I could make my appt..

Waited 1hr20 min without any updates. I showed up 5 minutes early for my appointment time and was told it would take a little over an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. When I checked on the status because it had been a while, I noticed my car was parked out back. Asked for a status update and was told they had not gotten my car yet. No apologies made for anh acknowledgement for the poor communication or failure to deliver service. We will not be purchasing a car nor obtain services drom this dealership in the future.
It would be nice to receive a text that let me know that me truck was ready to be picked up. I received three texts, one confirming my service appointment, the second being a text stating that my vehicle has been checked into the service department, the third was a text that if not read that I had an issue that needed immediate action and had a cost of $90. I never received a text stating that my vehicle was ready. The last text I received was for this questionnaire.
Kyle explained to me about the extended warranty that I thought that I had and showed me the problem that my tires could be causing with the wobble on my car.

Your Mr.Bryce was the rudest customer service person I have ever had at your facility. I had to remind him of several things that he should have said by the way; you have this and that but he was just eager to just pad my bill. I was not impressed.
Very nice young man. Worked fast and efficient.
Over 3 hours for a oil change. Told it would be 1 and 1/2 hrs. Had to request paper work. Said car would be washed, didn’t happen. Need more people at checkin. Service people were trying to do the best they could.

Evan was professional, efficient, and answered all of our questions in a direct and easy to understand terms. Many times I am disappointed with the service of Legends Toyota; however, our interaction with Evan changed my mind. He understood our need, clearly explained options, and then made us feel comfortable, providing easy explanations, as well as some humor. I know Covid took a hit on the entire service industry in the US, but I have not been impressed with your customer service since then until today.
Bryce was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed Service from him.
Michael is the best! He talks to me like I'm an intelligent person and is very up front about everything. He even saved the faulty part so I could see what had gone wrong. I really appreciate that!
It took way to long to get my oil changed, and I even had an appointment. My appointment was at 12:15. I was there waiting until 2:30.
Professional, timely, work was adequately explained and completed in the time advised
