My Service Advisor Michael Jacobsen was great. My dissatisfaction is with the Courtesy Shuttle service. On the day my car was ready, I called 3 times for the shuttle to pick me up as I had no other way to get to the dealer. Each time I was told the shuttle driver would call when he was on his way. I waited and waited and finally it got too late to get there before they closed for the day. I wasn't able to get my car until the next day when I called again for the shuttle and was finally picked up. I was very irritated.
The leasing process went smooth and pick up of the vehicle went well but the loan on the vehicle that I traded in is still not paid. We leased the vehicle two weeks ago and still up to now, loan has not been paid yet. I would like to get a response ASAP as to why it's taking this long to have my loan paid off. Thank you.
Andrew was very helpful and friendly and knowledgeable which helped me a lot to understand Toyota care . They were super busy and it took 2 hours for a tire rotation also car went thru car wash with back window down about an inch not sure how it was put down but nothing was harmed just a little wet . Thank you

Toyota legends is the best place for buying you new cars
I have been coming to Legends Toyota for service for a couple of years now and I have come to like Legends better than some other local Dealers. Evan Donahue has been my service advisor a few times now and he is, in my opinion very sharp and personable, and an asset to Legends Toyota. Today he helped me with what I considered a serious issue. I had a broken drivers side windshield wiper and I was afraid if I encountered some heavy rain I would not be able to continue driving and I would get stuck on the road. He helped me get it fixed without a prior appointment. I also appreciate Legends making this happen. Another example of Legends good service.
I don't understand how your car comes up that it needs serviced but there is 6 weeks and 2000 miles to go according to the sticker. Then to find out that you need 500 $ worth of service needed. Stuff that should be done every 30 thousand miles/ 2 years at 147000 I shouldn't need anything done. Why wasn't any of these brought up at the last service I had done there? I have always had the car serviced at a Toyota dealership.

Appears to me that the tire pressure was the same as when I brought it in, and not all are the same.
Seems the service dept ought to give a printout of the multi-point inspection rather than just send me a link.
You ought to have a wash rack like Olathe Toyota.
